Nelson is one of the new faces in France who will be releasing their debut album in end November...however, it is their single video that brings a stunning coming of their sound under the beautifully filmed b&w motion picture. Their sound echoes many other new wave bands at present in US and UK, and their drum line picks up a rhythmic resonance of Joy Division's percussion. Like their many band photos and silhouettes, the video of the (over) song was shot monotonically, but the images carry a plus of the French style in avant garde and a feeling of belle époque. Do watch out their revolving doors.
