A review of Interpol at Zenith...(25/4)

The Newyorker, Interpol, played last Thurs at the Zenith in Paris, and they appeared like a stardom band on the stage... Resembling quite a lot, though every time they deny, the sound of Joy Division or the other post punk group, it's to my unconsciousness that the band played a tribute to the sound of Joy Division. The show was full house, but it just lacked a bit the intimacy to their music. The band was capable of playing stable and outstanding live music, but they lack a sense of the glamourous of a great band. The most exciting part of the concert was the 'encore' session, and they convinced the listeners under the stage that they could be such a rockable band. Gorgeous tunes that I believe would belong to their to-be-produced third album. Thanks for the visit!).
